Has something broken?
Your horse has rolled into the fence or has become frightened and gone through the fence?
One of the safety devices has certainly been activated either on the handle or directly on the belt roller inside the post.
(Incidentally, the strap release devices on the handle and strap roller are designed to prevent injuries such as cuts to the chest and/or fetlock joint as far as possible).
Now major injuries and thus higher follow-up costs for any treatments could be avoided, but the fence tape has disappeared into the post, or no longer retracts on its own?
No problem! We have two options for you in such cases:
1. self-repair* for experienced craftsmen
Simply send us a short e-mail to bestellungen@roflexs.com, telling us the exact designation, e.g. RoFlexs Basic 145 and whether you need the top or bottom strap. Once we have received your payment, we will send you the required items together with replacement instructions. If required, we will of course be happy to provide you with helpful tips by telephone
- As the manufacturer, RoFlexs accepts no liability for damage caused by self-assembly/remote assembly. All individual parts are manufactured industrially and are subject to the strictest controls.
2. the repair at RoFlexs
Please protect the tip with an old piece of rubber tubing or hard polystyrene and pack/wrap the post in cardboard or cardboard so that it is safe for shipping and then tape it shut.
Then simply send us a brief email to service@roflexs.com to let us know from where and when the parcel is to be collected. If applicable, please also state whether the parcel is ready for collection under the carport or next to the front door, for example.
The parcel service will then visit you one or two days later, bring the parcel label, stick it on the parcel and take over the shipment. Collection incl. return shipping for DE, AT, DK and NL is currently a service-friendly EUR 28.00 net per parcel plus material and VAT.
After receipt of the goods, you will receive a detailed cost estimate sent directly to your e-mail address. Only then will you decide how to proceed.
Is the parcel packed and ready for collection? Then send us a brief collection order to service@roflexs.com.
Please understand that we cannot accept any liability for parts damaged by external forces, triggered safety devices or self-repairs. All prices are based on the status as of June 2024 Subject to changes and price adjustments.
